About Slow Food Movement
The Slow Food Movement is a global initiative that advocates for a food system that is good, clean, and fair — good for the people, clean for the planet, and fair for producers. Founded in Italy in 1989 as a response to the rise of fast food and industrialised agriculture, the movement has since grown into an international network spanning over 160 countries.
