MyFood Conference is a pivotal event focused on strengthening local sourcing and building a more resilient food supply system.
The conference will be from 24th to 25th April 2025 and will have two days of educational content, insightful panel sessions and quality networking opportunities.
MY Food is fully supported by Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security, and is working in collaboration with Federal Agricultural Marketing Authority (FAMA). The Conference will focus on the critical role of local sourcing and how it can impact the nation’s food security and economic growth.

In the travel sector, Ernest plays a key role as General Manager of Land Travel Services Sdn Bhd, where he oversees customized travel experiences, agro-tourism, medical tourism, and ESG-focused travel initiatives. His leadership ensures that sustainability and responsible business practices remain central to the company’s offerings.
With expertise in both agriculture and tourism, Ernest Lee is committed to fostering impactful business ecosystems that create long-term value for communities, industries, and stakeholders.
Indra Balaratnam, Consultant Dietitian and Founder of Indra Balaratnam Nutrition, has 28 years of experience in foods, nutrition, and dietetics. She runs a private dietetic practice, offering one-on-one counseling (in-person & online), community workshops, nutrition-focused recipe development, and food service consultancy.
Her expertise includes healthy eating, active aging, and managing diet-related chronic illnesses. She frequently appears in corporate media campaigns, professional conferences, wellness programs, webinars, and TV/radio shows. She also contributes educational articles to The New Straits Times, The Vibes, and Free Malaysia Today.
Indra co-authored “Healthy Eating – Recipes for the Asian Palate” and “Healthy Family Meals” and partners with multinational brands like Nestlé, Quaker Oats, Yakult, Dutch Lady, HSBC, MAS Airlines, and AIA Vitality for health-centered campaigns.
She is a Past President of the Malaysian Dietitians’ Association (MDA), an International Member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (USA), and a committee member of Lung Cancer Network Malaysia.
